Up to 20 guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire tropical property, with 10 bedrooms and 10 private bathrooms across 9 separate suites and casitas—giving everyone their own space while keeping the whole group together. The space
Anantasun Vacation Properties is designed especially well for groups who want to vacation together without having to share every moment—or every living space. Your reservation includes exclusive use of the entire property, with 10 bedrooms and 10 private bathrooms spread across nine separate accommodations.

The Main Villa includes three private suites. S2 is on the main level with one king bedroom, a private bathroom and full kitchen. S3 is 16 stairs below and includes two king bedrooms, two private bathrooms and a full kitchen. S4 is another 16 stairs down and features one king bedroom, a private bathroom and full kitchen.

Across the tropical gardens are six private casitas. C1 features a queen bed, private bathroom and full kitchen. C2–C5 each feature a queen bed, private bathroom and equipped kitchenette, while C6 features a king bed, private bathroom and kitchenette.

At the heart of the property is your private saltwater infinity pool and hot tub, surrounded by tropical gardens, hammocks and outdoor lounge areas. Three BBQ grills are available, and tables can be arranged for group dining.

Altogether, Anantasun gives your group something difficult to find in a traditional vacation home: plenty of places to gather, while everyone still has a private space of their own. And when it’s time for the beach, beautiful West Bay is just a 3-minute walk away.

Guest access
When you book the entire Anantasun Vacation Properties property, the entire property is reserved exclusively for your group. There are no other vacation-rental guests sharing the pool, hot tub, gardens or outdoor guest areas during your stay.

Your group will have private access to all 9 accommodations, comprising 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, each with its own private entrance and living space. You’ll also have exclusive use of the saltwater infinity pool, hot tub, tropical gardens, palapa, hammocks, loungers, outdoor gathering and dining areas, and three BBQ grills.

Complimentary beach equipment—including paddleboards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, drink coolers and beach towels—is available for your group to enjoy during your stay. Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to 10 vehicles.

More than simply providing a place to stay, we want to be your local connection to Roatán. We’re happy to share our recommendations for restaurants, beaches, snorkeling spots, dive operators, grocery stores, water taxis and island experiences. We can also connect your group with trusted local providers for airport transportation, rental vehicles, diving, fishing charters, catering, private chefs, in-suite massages and other vacation experiences.

You’ll have the privacy and freedom of your own West Bay retreat, with our local team nearby whenever you need assistance, recommendations or local insight.

Other things to note
We want coordinating a group vacation to be as easy as possible, so we offer several optional services to help simplify your arrival and stay.

Round-trip airport transportation can be arranged for $120 USD per van, including airport pickup, a grocery stop on the way to Anantasun, and return transportation to the airport at the end of your stay. For a group of 20 traveling with luggage, approximately three vans are typically required.

Optional housekeeping is available for an additional fee, and laundry service is available for $10 per load, returned clean and folded within 24 hours. If your group has different housekeeping needs, just let us know and we’ll be happy to discuss arrangements.

Planning meals for a larger group? We have three BBQ grills and can arrange outdoor tables for group dining, with a 10' x 20' covered sunshade available when needed. We can also connect you with trusted local catering and private-chef services.

Complimentary paddleboards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, drink coolers and beach towels are available for guest use. Equipment is shared among your group and available in limited quantities.

A backup generator helps keep the property comfortable during occasional island power interruptions, and complimentary parking is available for up to 10 vehicles.

For accessibility planning, please note that the property is built across multiple levels. S2 is on the main villa level, S3 is 16 stairs below, and S4 is another 16 stairs down. The casitas are located separately around the pool and tropical gardens.

Exterior security cameras are located in outdoor areas of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside any guest accommodations.
